  4. These are such wonderful quotes. I am definitely one to dwell in the past and worry about the future far too often. I’ve pinned this page as a reminder for when that happens. I love the Winnie the Pooh quote you shared so much 🙂

“What day is it?” “It’s today,” squeezed Piglet. “My favourite Day,” said Pooh – Piglet & Winnie the Pooh

  5. Thanks for this!! Love all those quotes! We really do need to slow down and be present. I have this one hanging on my wall for a reminder “where ever you are, be all there.”

    1. Thanks so much Monica 🙂 Yeah, with the way a lot of us live with our crazy busy lives, it’s a whole other job to take note to sit back and appreciate where we are right now! Great quote you shared too 🙂

    1. Thanks Christy 🙂 I find that living in the present takes a lot of focus for sure!

    1. Oh I know! Anything from Winnie the Pooh brings a smile to my face 🙂

  10. I loved this. I always need to be reminded to take each day as it comes and to live one day at a time.

  11. I love that Eckhart Tolle quote – he has so many wise gems out there for us to discover! Humans are really both blessed and cursed with the ability to consider the past and future in order to learn lessons, weigh consequences, and plan ahead. It’s what separates us from other animals, but it’s also what makes it impossible to be fully present. That’s why mindfulness is such an important concept to learn!

  12. Thank you for sharing! I do the same thing and forget to live in the moment sometimes!

  13. I always *love* the Pooh quote. Today is my favorite day! To live like that, not naively but truly intentionally – that’s how I want to live each day. Every day is a blessing! Thanks for the reminder 🙂
