The Ultimate Happy Playlist To Make You Smile

Looking for a Happy Playlist to Boost Your Mood? You’re in the right place!

Woman smiling and listening to happy music on headphones

It’s hard to deny… in life, we turn to music like a good friend. We seek out music to support us when we’re sad, we look to music to celebrate with us when we’re winning, we hold hands with music when we need support.

We turn to music when we want to feel uplifted when we want to reminisce, feel good and when we want to SMILE 🙂

Get Your Groove On Happy Playlist

Especially for you my friends, I have created a HAPPY PLAYLIST (with music from all decades) that will get you smiling, swaying, head-bopping, moving, grooving, foot-tapping, body rocking, arm flapping and happy dancing.

Clear the furniture, turn up the volume and roll up your sleeves…

The Ultimate HAPPY Playlist is here!

Below you can listen on Spotify or watch the music videos.

  1. Haha, I love your post! Some days when I’m in a rut with work I have to remind myself to turn up some music and it definitely changes my attitude for the day!

    1. Hey Candice! I agree – it’s amazing how music dictates mood and that’s why it’s good to keep it happy 🙂

    1. Thanks Trace! That’s so cool about Jamiroquai! I saw him play at a secret show in London years ago and it was AMAZING!! Such a cool guy.

  2. Feel It Still is my current jam! Every time it comes on the radio I can’t help but dance along! Love the playlist 🙂

  3. Oh goodness, any playlist that includes Outkast’s ‘Hey Ya’ has to be taken seriously =) This playlist looks awesome for so many different scenarios. I am working on downloading the songs right now! I think there may be a dance party in my family’s future!

  4. Music definitely takes me to my Happy Place! I also happen to love Spotify! Awesome list for sure – everyone can use a bit of Al Green on their lists . . .

  5. I remember Saturdays was ‘clean up’ day and we would turn up the music, light some incense and open the windows. It made cleaning fun if there is such a thing. Those were the days. Music is so healing and though I don’t use it clean up by anymore, I do still love it.

  6. I love music and lately I have been blasting Rhianna S & M and Shut Up and Drive. I love her style. I’m an R & B girl as I’m originally from Memphis home of the blues and the first black radio station in the US, WDIA. It lifts your mood and makes you forget about your worries. I refuse to listen to the radio anymore and love Spotify. Good blog.
