  2. I tell you what, each year, the gravy adds gray hairs for my mom and I! We just have so many issues – too runny, too clumpy… I am definitely going to check out the gravy videos and tips! Happy (early) Holidays!

    1. Oh yes! Those potatoes are good for anytime, especially in the winter! It’s actually amazing how many vegetarian options there are now for holiday meals.

    1. Definitely, check him out. He is an amazing chef but also leads a much bigger food movement, especially around healthy eating in schools.

    I haven’t even had the courage to make roast chicken let alone a turkey!! But Jamie does simplify recipes so I might challenge myself in 2018 and make a turkey!
